Privacy Policy

KAVOMAZ Scout is operated by KAVOMAZ. This policy explains how the plugin handles information.

Information processed

Scout processes the product, marketplace, demand, competition, price, cost, shipping, fee, advertising, differentiation, and workspace-key information that a user submits through ChatGPT or Codex. Scout does not request passwords, payment-card numbers, government identifiers, or health information.

Saved analysis history

When history is scoped by a ChatGPT session or a workspace key, Scout stores the analysis result in Cloudflare D1. Workspace keys and session identifiers are hashed before storage. Scout does not intentionally store the raw workspace key. Stored history is used only to provide the requested recent-analysis feature.

Retention

Analysis history may be retained for up to 90 days. Scout may remove older records during normal operation. Users may also request deletion by contacting support.

Service providers

Scout runs on Cloudflare Workers and Cloudflare D1. OpenAI processes user interactions according to its own terms and privacy policies. KAVOMAZ does not sell Scout user data to advertisers.
